Relevant Objectives include:

The operational support is so dependable that the

Responsibilities include BVS O&M, full-cycle
franchise agreements, renewals, terminations, and daily franchise and retail
operations as and when shared with S&D planning

To manage customer and channel complaints, regional
projects, BVS device management, fraud control, channel operations in the GSM
and FS domains, and digital initiatives like Apollo by empowering the team to
reach organizational objectives.

ensuring the best possible use of BVS equipment and
other company assets through routine monitoring and replacement
recommendations.

Responsibilities include providing leadership
(foresight) at the regional level to accomplish organizational and regional
strategy goals.

Product float management and regional trainings are
owned, driven, and ensured.
Your typical workday:
- ·
keeper of franchise and retailer-level data,
agreements, and other crucial operation initiatives and actions at the regional
(GSM & FS) level.
- ·
Make sure you stay knowledgeable about the product and
effectively give operational assistance.

To offer the regional team technical help for FS and
GSM-related system support issues.
- ·
To ensure proper franchise termination procedures and
onboarding procedures for new franchises.

To make sure that the team has received training on
