Expected set of responsibilities
We are searching for IT Backing Subject matter expert - Level 1, with remarkable critical thinking and relational abilities. The individual would be capable to offer specialized help through phone, Tickets, email, and screen share meetings. This includes addressing inquiries on the capability and utilization of MS items and Macintosh operating system, investigating, and settling issues.
Key Liabilities
• Offer help on Macintosh and Microsoft operating system/Items, Apple Cell Phone and Tablets, Surface and so forth.
• Deal with guest's issues through powerful investigating, tuning in, critical thinking, positive activity, data assembling, and case heightening promptly when suitable.
• Explore, research, recreate, test, and resolve client issues.
• Keeping clients educated regarding the situation with cases, giving following stages and expected goal times.
• Focus on, balance, perform various tasks contending issues in view of effect on end-client, client direness, length of an exceptional issue.
• Advance and keep up with top caliber, proficient, administration situated organization picture with clients and inward staff.
• Add to the group and client's information base.
Key Abilities;
• Four year college education, ideally in Software engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of involvement with a comparative job liked.
• Astounding Relational abilities in English.
• Prepared to learn.
• Capacity to work freely and as a colleague.
• Capacity to work in a high speed climate.
• Issue possession.
• Ready to exceed everyone's expectations with a solid hard working attitude; independent.
• Administration Disapproved. You convey client service like you hope to get it, with greatness.
• Capacity to fill in according to the US working hours/247 climate

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 each month
