Full Job Description

· Act as the go-to person for office administrator obligations including:
· Upkeep
· Mailing
· Supplies
· Gear
· Bills
· Tasks
· Shopping
· Plan gatherings and arrangements.
· Arrange the workplace format and request writing material and hardware.
· Keep up with the workplace condition and orchestrate vital fixes.
· Join forces with HR to refresh and keep up with office strategies as needs be
· Coordinate office activities and methods.
· Coordinate with IT division on all office hardware.
· Guarantee that all things are invoiced and paid on time.
· Oversee agreement and cost exchanges with office merchants, specialist co-ops and office rent.
· Oversee office G&A financial plan, guarantee exact and ideal detailing.
· Offer general help to guests.
· Aid the onboarding system for fresh recruits.
